The Consigliere

Your organization is in a good place and has a sound strategic plan. You need an outside perspective to make sure fundraising, communications, and organizational activities continue to stay on track with your mission, vision and near-term and long-range strategic goals. Your “consigliere” provides guidance, advice, planning and implementation services when needed.

• Set monthly retainer (minimum 6-month commitment)
• Time distributed as needed for facilitation/planning/work sessions and implementation/document development/interaction time per month
• Priority Response/Service
• Strategy documents and collateral materials with ongoing updating and revision
• Various multiples of the retainer fee can be arranged to provide additional planning and implementation support
